Our Property Management Services

Calc Financial Services Limited follows our set of tried and tested methodologies, which we like to discuss with our client when we meet.  The list of our process and general services are below:

When taking on a new Client:

• We meet the Client to discuss how we look after their Asset and what their plan is for the Rental 
• View the Rental Property and set out a strategy on finding the right tenant for the Property
• Provide our Property Management Service Contract, make alterations if necessary, agree and sign it
• Rental Property keys handed over
• We take photos of the Rental property for advertising and documenting any current issues e.g marks on carpet & walls etc

Our general Property Management Service includes:

• Advertising for new tenants
• Completing Reference and Credit Checks
• Signing the tenant up with our tenancy agreement
• Collecting and lodging 4 weeks Bond
• Collecting weekly rent and paying Client once a month
• Complete 3 monthly inspections
• If repairs are needed, arrange for maintenance to be done
