We offer our Property Management Service to a small customer base in the Hamilton and Morrinsville Area.  Our client base is limited to no more than 30 properties to ensure each property is cared for as if it was our own.  We have 13 years Rental Property experience and own several residential rental properties ourselves.

Our Forms

The Property Forms we use

Many of the Property Forms we use are obtained from "The Complete Guide to Landlording" written by Brian Kerr, who owns residential and commercial properties.  Brian Kerr's technical expertise has developed while being a "tenancy mediator since 1993... and has mediated over 3000 Tenancy Tribunal disputes".

We help people start and develop their own investment strategies.  Three key courses are on offer, the first course is free so take a look.  The following two courses provide a lot more detail.

If courses are not for you then we do offer a Tutoring Service.  This service is provided on a one to one basis to whoever wants to learn how to save and invest for their future.

Great news - we can help

Calc Financial Services can take on the management of your residential rental property or teach you how to do it yourself.  If you do not have rental properties or any investment then we can help you to put together a strategy. 

Money can be a topic that is perceived as private.  Some people even find it embarrassing to ask for help, but at the same time most people realise they need to understand (at least) the basics.  See if we can make investing simplier for you.

Further Information

Fees for Property Management

  • We charge 7.5% Management Fee with no finder fees, maintenance fees or GST.
  • The only additional cost is an advert on Trade Me & a credit check through TINZ if your Rental needs to find a new tenant.

Fees for Courses and Tutoring Service

  • Course Two & Three cost $199 each with all templates provided.
  • Tutoring Service is charged at $50 per hour
  • There are no Product, Property or Share recommendations (thus no hidden commissions)
