When purchasing a home for you and your family to live in, it is both exciting and can be a little scary. A large mortgage can be a dawting commitment. The good news is, once you get the mortgage and meet the first couple of repayments, you quickly go onto thinking how you can pay it off faster.
You may think you need surplus funds to pay the mortgage faster but that may not be necessary. It could simpily come down to how you have arranged your mortgage and how you can use your salary/income more effectively.
